Lohan Sues Over Milk-A-What Ad
Actress/Train Wreck Lindsay Lohan has filed a $100 million lawsuit again E*Trade Financial Corp for the Milk-A-What? ad. In her complaint she claims that the ad that premiered during Super Bowl XLIV used “likeness, name, characterization, and personality” without permission and was violating her right of privacy.
I’m thinking you would have to be drinking more than milk to see the resemblance.

Las Cruces, N.M. Police have charged Gabriela M. Shaw for stabbing her ex-husband after she checked his cell phone’s call record.

Pole Dancing Olympics

There is a movement underway to introduce pole dancing as an Olympic sport.
Champion pole dancer Mai Sato from Japan wants to be able to compete on the world stage during the Olympics.
“I could definitely see pole dancing in the Olympics,” said Sato, who, a dancer since the age of three, out-twirled a bevy of athletes from 11 countries at the second International Pole Dancing Fitness Championships in Tokyo two months ago. “I would love to win a gold medal.”

Them Crooked Vultures

Police in Greeneville, TN. have begun to hang dead vultures from trees near a playground.
The action is to scare other vultures that represent a threat to the public health. The vultures will vomit up their meals, bones and all on playground fixtures.
The department obtained a permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to kill up to 30 black vultures and 10 turkey vultures. The agency was advised to display the dead vultures to serve as a warning the rest of the flock.
It worked, They may come back, but they’re not there now.
